Antique Victorian Almandine Garnet Ring

An unusually lovely antique early Victorian pinky toned Almandine Garnet band style ring. Gently tapered in shape to the edges of the hand with a delightful soft patina to the whole speaking of it's age and history. A hand made piece, the warmly coloured hand faceted cushion shaped Garnets are set in the Georgian manner with tiny Gold claws and the handiwork can be seen to the internal band, all details which we love to find! In great condition, we have tested the Gold as 9ct and the ring size is an 'O and a half' or US '7.5' but can be adjusted to fit.
